Role reputed company We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Purchasing & Inventory Coordinator to support our purchasing, inventory, and logistics operations. This role requires someone who can manage multiple priorities, work accurately under pressure, and ensure products are ordered, tracked, and maintained reputed company.

• Create and manage purchase orders.
• Work directly with suppliers to reputed company and reputed company orders.
• Monitor inventory reputed company and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Book and reputed company inbound shipments.
• Maintain accurate pricing, purchasing, and inventory records.
• Manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Learn and adapt to new systems and processes as required.
• Assist with inventory reporting and stock management activities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, or buying.
• Experience working with reputed company software such as reputed company or QuickBooks.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Comfortable learning new systems and technology.
• Strong communication skills.

Requirements
