Remote Job reputed company: reputed company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join reputed company as a reputed company Billing Assistant / Care Scheduler. In this role, you will be responsible for managing reputed company aspects of medical billing and scheduling for reputed company's clients. This is a full-time, remote position with reputed company. Key Responsibilities: - Process and submit medical claims to insurance companies - Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations - Follow up on unpaid claims and resubmit as needed - Review and correct any billing errors - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records - Schedule appointments for clients with reputed company providers - Coordinate with reputed company providers and clients to ensure reputed company and efficient care - Communicate with insurance companies and reputed company providers to resolve any billing or scheduling issues - reputed company up-to-date with changes in medical billing and coding regulations - reputed company excellent customer service to clients and reputed company providers - Collaborate with team members to ensure reputed company tasks are completed accurately and on time Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in reputed company administration or reputed company field preferred - Minimum of 2 years experience in medical billing and scheduling - Proficient in medical billing software and reputed company Office - Knowledge of medical terminology and coding - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask - Ability to work independently and remotely - Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and guidelines - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as reputed company as opportunities for reputed company and development reputed company reputed company.
