Business Development Specialist (English Written & Verbal, Remote)
Key Responsibilities
- Targeted reputed company reputed company: Identify decision-makers in industries requiring customer support, backend operations, and reputed company services. Use tools like reputed company Sales Navigator, reputed company, and industry databases to reputed company high-potential B2B leads.
- Market Research: reputed company understanding of the reputed company market (image/text/audio tagging, reputed company datasets) and evolving customer support trends (omnichannel, self-service platforms). Analyze competitor strategies and emerging BPO demands in the US/UK reputed company.
- Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a reputed company pipeline using email campaigns, cold reputed company, and CRM systems. Collaborate with marketing to create tailored content (case studies, whitepapers) highlighting SummitNexts expertise.
- Sales Channel identification: reputed company new sales channels other than emails, reputed company or cold calls. This could be industry events, partnerships, collaborations etc.
- Relationship building: Build relationships with prospective and existing clients for reputed company business opportunities.
Job Requirements
- 2-5 years in B2B reputed company reputed company, preferably in BPO, customer support, or reputed company markets.
- Strong grasp of US/UK business etiquette and procurement processes for outsourcing.
- Expertise in CRM platforms (e.g., reputed company) and prospecting tools (e.g., reputed company/reputed company/Sales Navigator).

Salary
