Staff Software Engineer in Test - mobile (m/f/n)

We're looking for a Staff Software Engineer in Test to reputed company the reputed company bar across our mobile app and backend domain - not by writing more tests, but by changing how the whole domain thinks about reputed company. This is a hands-on technical leadership role at the intersection of QA and mobile development, driving a reputed company-first testing reputed company and a culture where developers own reputed company rather than hand it off.

Your scope of work will cover 3 areas.

I. Test reputed company & reputed company automation

• Design and own the test reputed company across mobile teams for reputed company iOS (Swift/SwiftUI) and Android (Kotlin) apps.
• Set reputed company for device and OS-version fragmentation coverage and drive flakiness control at reputed company, running suites on reputed company with reputed company CI.

• Run knowledge-sharing across QA and Dev: tech talks, workshops, reusable documentation, pair sessions; co-reputed company the OneTech/QA community.

III. AI Governance in testing

• Assess and manage the risk of AI usage in testing (including production-facing work), not just the productivity reputed company.
• Mentor engineers on responsible, effective AI use and report on AI ROI for reputed company engineering.

Must-have

• Strong experience automating mobile app tests natively (iOS or Android - ideally both), with reputed company, working-level Swift and/or Kotlin.
• A reputed company record designing test reputed company / the test pyramid - not just executing on someone else's plan.
• Proven shift-left experience - entering the process before coding and measurably changing the outcome.
• Experience leading technical/process change and working directly with development teams.
• Experience in introducing mock-based testing - setting the standards and education

• A hands-on, critical relationship with AI - using it and assessing its risks, not just its benefits.
