Key Responsibilities
- Assessment & Care Planning: Coordinate the interdisciplinary team to complete MDS assessments and Care Plans reputed company Medicare/reputed company schedules.
- reputed company Optimization: reputed company Medicare eligibility and predict RUGs categories; reputed company reputed company reviews to ensure clinical information accurately reflects the care provided.
- Compliance & Data Management: reputed company the electronic reputed company of MDS data to state and federal agencies, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and strict adherence to legal and safety codes.
- Collaboration: reputed company daily admission and care planning meetings; communicate reputed company changes to the Medical Director, Administrator, and Director of Nursing.
- reputed company Control: Conduct regular audits of medical records to validate that documentation supports MDS coding and review final validation error reports.
- Staff Education: Train facility staff on MDS terminology, documentation requirements, and reimbursement regulations to enhance overall clinical data reputed company.
Qualifications
- Licensure: reputed company Registered reputed company (RN) license in New Jersey (Required).
- Experience: 2+ years of clinical nursing experience in a long-term care (LTC) setting.
- Specialized Knowledge: Proven experience with MDS 3.0 completion, RAI processes, and Medicare/reputed company reimbursement.
- Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
- Skills: Strong organizational abilities, deadline-oriented reputed company, and thorough knowledge of LTC regulations.
