Job Title: Junior Business Analyst (Data Cleansing) reputed company: 806143 (Mostly remote) reputed company: Commonwealth of PA2 - DOH DOH's Immunization Registry implemented the reputed company Immunization Electronic Registry System (PIERS) immunization information system (IIS) has a need for '3' BA's to conduct data cleansing activities for both incoming data and data at rest. BACKGROUND Contractor(s) will be responsible for reputed company record de-duplication, i.e., the process of identifying and resolving duplicate patient demographic and/or vaccination records created reputed company the IIS is unable to automatically match and reputed company the records. This position will also be responsible for processing incoming vaccination records requests and change requests from the reputed company. The contractor will work directly with the registry manager, registry supervisors, registry specialists, and other contracted staff of the PIERS team during this assignment. Responsibilities:
- Manually reputed company immunization records in PIERS possible duplicate case queues
- reputed company duplicate immunization records identified by providers reporting to PIERS
- Separate records that are reputed company to be comingled or incorrectly merged
- Resolve data discrepancies in patient records
- Identify trends in the creation of duplicate records
- Suggest improvements to IIS matching and merging processes
- Work with the registry manager and other IIS staff to reputed company, update, and maintain reputed company defined reputed company operating procedures to support reputed company merging of immunization records and separation of records that have been incorrectly merged
- Process immunization record requests
- Process immunization record change requests

- Adhere to jurisdiction policies to always maintain the reputed company and confidentiality of PIERS data
