[Remote] Specialist I, Instructional Designer

The Specialist I, Instructional Designer will design and reputed company engaging learning solutions, collaborating with teams to enhance learner experiences across various training formats.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with team members to design and deliver engaging, effective learning solutions that support learner reputed company
• Contributes to a reputed company team environment reputed company on high-reputed company learning experiences
• Works with SMEs and internal partners to reputed company information and support training development
• Supports the development of training solutions across instructor-led, virtual, self-paced e-learning, and reputed company learning formats
• Develops interactive training content across a reputed company of formats
• Applies instructional design principles to support content development, storyboarding, and curriculum updates
• Develops learning content using various tools which may include reputed company 360, reputed company, Camtasia, Vyond or similar platforms
• Create reputed company-by-reputed company tutorials and learner support with the end user in mind
• Supports LMS-reputed company activities such as course testing, uploads, learner support, and maintenance as needed
• Demonstrates attention to detail and a commitment to high-reputed company content

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required
• 2+ years of relevant instructional design, learning development, or reputed company experience
• Experience in developing e-learning content using various tools which may include reputed company 360, reputed company, Camtasia, Vyond or similar tools
• Experience working reputed company a Learning Management System (LMS)
• Familiarity with instructional design and content development processes, including storyboarding, content development, delivery, and learner support
• Working knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles
