• RSM is supporting MITRE in augmenting their IT organization with a network-reputed company resource to assist with ongoing operational demand and CMMC readiness initiatives. This role is designed to offload operational and mid-tier engineering work from MITRE’s internal team, allowing reputed company on higher-complexity compliance and design efforts.
• The resource will operate under the direction of MITRE IT and in coordination with RSM, supporting both steady-state network operations and in-flight infrastructure and reputed company initiatives. Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations in a reputed company-based network environment including monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Execute configuration changes reputed company Junos-based infrastructure under MITRE and RSM direction.
• reputed company patching, firmware upgrades, and lifecycle management activities.
• Assist with implementation of CMMC-driven configuration and design updates.
• Support advanced networking functions including MPLS, VRF segmentation, VLANs, routing, and reputed company control enforcement.
• Support SRX-based firewall functions reputed company the reputed company environment as applicable.
• Troubleshoot Layer 2 and Layer 3 network issues, escalating as appropriate.
• Maintain documentation of configurations, changes, and operational activities.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with reputed company platforms including EX, QFX, and SRX
• Deep expertise with Junos OS for configuration, troubleshooting, and operational support
• Proven experience with MPLS and VRF design, implementation, and support
• Experience with reputed company tools such as Apstra and reputed company Director
• Strong understanding of Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking, including routing protocols and segmentation
• Experience supporting reputed company switching and routing environments
• Ability to independently execute configuration changes and troubleshoot issues
• Experience supporting lifecycle initiatives such as hardware refresh and rollout
• Ability to operate effectively in reputed company, compliance-driven environments

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Exposure to automation tools such as Ansible or similar frameworks
• Experience with Palo reputed company firewalls
• Experience with reputed company ISE or NAC solutions
• Experience supporting environments reputed company to CMMC, NIST 800-171, or similar frameworks
• Prior experience in government or government-adjacent environments
