Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and refine brand education programs for retail partners and internal teams, leveraging modern learning technologies.
• Localize global training content for the Americas, tailoring it to market trends and retailer needs.
• Partner with Field Sales Leadership to identify learning/ performance gaps and reputed company targeted solutions that drive business results.
• reputed company and manage the regional education calendar, including product launches, roadshows, summits, and field events.
• reputed company, execute and reputed company gratis, collateral, and GWP planning in partnership with Sales and Operations.

Sales Upskilling

• Collaborate with leadership to identify field performance gaps and update training accordingly.

Reporting Management

• Implement and manage training evaluation systems and KPIs (e.g., knowledge retention, sales reputed company, service consistency).

The pay reputed company for this role is $100k-$135k.
