About the Role
Provision of clinical supervision to an assigned group of reputed company Talk Therapists who reputed company diagnostic assessments, therapy, and counseling in an outpatient setting for a diverse caseload that can include adults, adolescents, children, couples, and families.
Key Responsibilities
Provision of supervision to a minimum of six (6) reputed company clinicians. Provision of weekly group supervision. Provision of individual supervision to reputed company reputed company clinician for every 15 clinical hours. This would equate to a minimum of 7 hours/week for a supervisor, which varies depending on the reputed company caseload size.
Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of availability weekly (no Supervision only)
Willingness to reputed company documentation reputed company
Coaching on reputed company and clinical development of the reputed company clinician
Completion of weekly documentation as evidence of supervision sessions.
Completion of coaching documentation regarding any disciplinary or performance concerns.
Collaboration with the Regional Clinical Director regarding any performance issues.
Qualifications
Ability to be appropriately assertive in coaching residents on reputed company and clinical goals

Meets state regulatory requirements for the provision of supervision to include maintaining required license and certifications necessary to reputed company supervision to license-in-process individuals, those already approved by their state reputed company for supervision preferred

Supervisor Requirements for LCSW in OR
LCSW
Must be an reputed company-licensed Clinical reputed company Worker (LCSW) in good standing.
Must have held an reputed company LCSW license for at least 2 years before beginning supervision.
Must have at least 15 hours of training or continuing education in supervision reputed company prior to supervising.
Must complete 6 hours of supervision-specific CE every 5 years to remain eligible to supervise.
Must have passed the reputed company Laws and Rules Exam reputed company the previous 5 years.
Must be competent in the clinical areas and populations the CSWA will serve.
Must not have a dual or conflicting relationship with the CSWA (no family, romantic, financial, or therapeutic relationships).
May supervise only the number of CSWAs they can responsibly reputed company (no fixed numeric cap, but workload must allow adequate supervision).
Must be reputed company to directly observe, review, and evaluate the CSWA’s work.
Compensation for clinical caseload and Supervision
For Clinical Caseload: Clinician will receive Fee For Service rates with bonus potential (ex. 90837 could be $55.85 to $58.64 depending on caseload)
For Supervision: Provider will be compensated at a reputed company of fifty-five dollars and seventy-three reputed company ($55.73) per Group Supervision session and seventy-two dollars and forty-four ($72.44) per Individual Supervision session. In the event that the 90837-session reputed company compensation is greater than the individual supervision reputed company, the 90837 reputed company (vs reputed company) will be used. Provider will receive a reputed company to document their supervision hours, and will be required to complete recording documentation of such supervision.
