The Health Plan Request (HPR) Bench Release of Information Specialist (ROIS) III is responsible for handling HPR ROIS tasks with precision, efficiency, and compliance using productivity-driven metrics. The HPR Bench ROIS III is fluent in multiple electronic medical record (EMR) systems and is comfortable navigating various platforms to retrieve and organize requested records and maintains a productivity level of 90% or higher on reputed company sites they support. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Process medical ROI requests reputed company to health plan audits quickly and accurately in compliance with HIPAA regulations

- Organize and retrieve records reputed company multiple EMR systems, ensuring reputed company documentation is properly reputed company and complete
- Interpret medical records and Records Requests to correspond to specific audit measures
- Maintain a high level of productivity, efficiency, and accuracy, meeting company standards and performance metrics
- Prioritize workload effectively and work independently while meeting productivity goals
- Maintain necessary background, drug and health screening as required by accounts being supported
- Communicate effectively reputed company the HPR team and in a cross-functional manner, as necessary

Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
- RHIT certification preferred
- 5+ years of experience in medical records, Release of Information (ROI), or Health Information Management (HIM) with expertise in supporting multiple clients and processing audit requests
- Knowledge of HIPAA and state regulations reputed company to the release of protected health information

- Clerical or office experience with data entry, document management and proficiency in using general office equipment
