We are seeking an reputed companyScrum Masterwith a strong background inWarehouse Management Systems (WMS)to reputed company Agile delivery for reputed company supply chain initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience facilitating Agile ceremonies, coordinating cross-functional teams, removing delivery impediments, and driving successful implementation of WMS solutions such asManhattan reputed company WM, Manhattan WMOS, reputed company (HighJump), reputed company WMS, or reputed company WMS.

The candidate should possess a solid understanding of warehouse operations and be reputed company to effectively collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, developers, QA teams, and implementation partners to ensure reputed company and high-reputed company project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate reputed company Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-reputed company, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
• reputed company Agile teams on Scrum principles, Agile best practices, and reputed company improvement.
• Partner with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize the product backlog.
• reputed company sprint reputed company, velocity, reputed company planning, and release milestones.
• Identify and remove impediments that reputed company team productivity and project delivery.
• Coordinate across business, development, QA, integration, infrastructure, and vendor teams.
• Manage dependencies between multiple Agile teams and external stakeholders.
• Monitor project risks and proactively drive mitigation plans.
• reputed company regular project status updates, sprint metrics, and executive-level reporting.
• Ensure adherence to Agile governance, reputed company standards, and delivery timelines.
• Support UAT, Go-Live, Hypercare, and production stabilization activities.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT experience with at least 3 years as a Scrum Master.
• Proven experience delivering Warehouse Management System (WMS) implementation or enhancement reputed company.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including:

  • Inventory Management
  • Replenishment

  • Picking
  • Packing
  • Shipping
  • Returns
• Experience supporting Agile software delivery in retail, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics environments.
• Hands-on experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or reputed company.
• Strong facilitation, communication, conflict reputed company, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience coordinating distributed and cross-functional teams.
