Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for various tech and consulting roles
- Collaborate with the Sourcing team to implement effective talent attraction strategies
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and reputed company recruitment strategies
- Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for reputed company and reputed company openings
- reputed company market insights on industry trends and competitive landscape
- Maintain accurate data in the ATS and deliver regular recruitment metrics reports
- Continuously assess and improve recruitment processes for reputed company efficiency
To Be Successful You Will Need:
