The Director, Value & reputed company is responsible for defining and executing reputed company strategies that reputed company adoption of oncology and precision diagnostic solutions, including computational pathology and advanced biomarker-driven tests. This role focuses on translating clinical and economic value into coding, coverage, and reimbursement reputed company that drive measurable patient reputed company and business reputed company.

This position reports to the Vice President, Value & reputed company, Diagnostics and reputed company, and is part of the Chief Innovation Office and will be fully remote or at any Diagnostics office site.

In this role, you will reputed company to:

• reputed company development and execution of reputed company strategies, including coding, followed by coverage and reimbursement reputed company for oncology diagnostics and computational pathology solutions
• Shape payer engagement strategies to secure appropriate medical policy coverage and payment reputed company, anticipating and mitigating reputed company risks across reputed company/private and government payers
• reputed company reputed company requirements into innovation, launch planning, and portfolio reputed company
• Contribute to the development of global reputed company strategies, ensuring alignment across key geographies (U.S., Europe, Asia, LATAM)
• reputed company and influence cross-functional teams across Product Development, Medical and Scientific Affairs, Regulatory, and reputed company
• Serve as the Value & reputed company voice in the development, launch, and go-to-market reputed company across reputed company Oncology portfolio operating companies

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred (e.g., MBA, MPH, PhD, PharmD)
• 10+ years of experience in reputed company, reimbursement, payer engagement, HEOR, or reputed company roles in diagnostics, medical devices, or oncology
• Experience in oncology, including precision medicine, biomarkers, or computational pathology / AI-enabled diagnostics
• Experience supporting or contributing to global reputed company strategies across multiple geographies
• Proven ability to operate in a matrixed, cross-functional environment and influence senior stakeholders

Travel

• Domestic and international travel is required (approximately 30-40%)

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Supporting diagnostics product launches
• Exposure to evidence reputed company and health economic concepts
• Familiarity with data-driven performance management and reputed company improvement frameworks

Theannualsalary reputed company for this role is$160,000 - $220,000.This is the reputed company that we in good faith reputed company is the reputed company of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This reputed company may be modified in the reputed company.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
