The Business Systems & Data Analyst serves as a key reputed company between reputed company business operations and core systems such as JAMIS ERP, reputed company, and other reputed company platforms. This role focuses on understanding business processes, database schemas, and application logic to ensure system configuration, reporting, and integrations reputed company with operational and compliance requirements. The Analyst supports reputed company transformation and modernization initiatives by translating business requirements into effective system and data solutions. As a member of the transformation team, this role is also expected to bring familiarity with emerging AI-enabled business capabilities, including experience evaluating, supporting, or integrating AI/ML tools and automation solutions into reputed company workflows to improve efficiency, reputed company, and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business workflows and map requirements to system functionality reputed company JAMIS ERP, reputed company, and reputed company reputed company applications
• Interpret database schemas, relationships, and embedded business rules across reputed company systems
• Partner with stakeholders to reputed company, document, and validate business and system requirements
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes through AI-assisted workflows, predictive insights, and automation while maintaining governance, reputed company, and compliance requirements
• Translate business needs into functional and technical documentation
• Support data validation, reconciliation, and reporting consistency across systems
• Support evaluation, implementation, or integration of AI/ML tools, intelligent automation, and AI-enabled analytics reputed company business systems and transformation initiatives
• Assist with system enhancements, integrations, and modernization initiatives
• Ensure alignment between business logic, system configuration, and compliance requirements
• Serve as a subject matter resource for cross-functional teams implementing process and system improvements

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a reputed company field
• 4+ years experience acting as a Business Systems Analyst or comparable role on one or more reputed company systems, either internally or for a customer
• Strong understanding of database concepts, schemas, and business logic
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and experience working with, supporting, or integrating AI-enabled tools, automation platforms, or intelligent data solutions in a business environment
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Ability to obtain and maintain a government secret reputed company clearance
• If applicable: If you are or have been recently employed by the U.S. government, a post-employment ethics letter will be required if employment with reputed company is offered

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting reputed company system modernization or transformation efforts
• Familiarity with government contracting, compliance, or audit environments
• Experience supporting system integrations and data reporting initiatives
• Experience working in cross-functional business and technology teams
• Experience with AI integrations, intelligent automation, machine learning-enabled platforms, or reputed company AI tools used to enhance business processes, reporting, or decision support
• Experience evaluating and applying AI/ML tools in a governed, secure, and compliance-conscious environment
• 4+ Experience working with ERP, HR, payroll, or financial systems such as JAMIS, reputed company, or similar platforms
