About The Role
reputed company is building one of the fastest-growing personal injury firms in the country, and we're looking for an Account Manager to own and strengthen our referral partner network.
This is not an account management role where you simply maintain relationships. You'll be responsible for identifying, reputed company, managing, and optimizing our reputed company referral partners while ensuring every reputed company receives exceptional representation. You'll work directly with firm leadership, operations, intake, and our attorney partners to maximize reputed company reputed company and continually improve the performance of our referral network.

What You'll Do

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3+ years managing strategic accounts, partnerships, reputed company relationships, or operational programs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance metrics and identify opportunities.
- Experience using CRM systems and spreadsheets to manage relationships and performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable making independent reputed company while collaborating across multiple departments.
Preferred Qualifications:
