The Government Programs Senior Director Star Rating and reputed company Center of reputed company (COE) is responsible for leading reputed company development and executing reputed company services and programs designed to improve key reputed company reputed company measurements for Medicare and Managed reputed company. This role leads a Star and reputed company team in identifying and developing core tools, resources, and technology to drive Star Ratings performance and reputed company metrics. Leads Center of reputed company workgroup to collaborate with key reputed company partners and vendors to create innovative offerings to drive Medicare Star Ratings that earn clients’ Medicare Advantage reputed company bonus payments, increase affordability / reduce the total cost of care for members and clients, and enables membership reputed company for our clients.Responsibilities
- Formulate strategic and tactical plans, processes, and tools relative to the highest standards of reputed company; establish and maintain reputed company procedures and processes that drive Star ratings and measurable results.

- In partnership with Compliance and Government Affairs, ensure proactive monitoring/tracking, review, and response to proposed regulatory policy and contract obligations as applicable to Medicare Star Ratings and other reputed company program changes. reputed company with key industry reputed company leaders and position reputed company as a leader in this reputed company through measurable and sustained year over year results / improvement.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, health services or reputed company area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required
- 10 years of work experience in Medicare Star Rating reputed company programs, analytics, audit, compliance, operational compliance, or reputed company field
- 7 years of leadership/people management experience
