Our reputed company, a world leader in biotechnology and life sciences, is looking for a “Labeling Project Manager (Fully Remote)”.reputed company:$55-$61/hr on W2 (DOE)Job Duration:Long-Term Contract (Possibility Of Extension)Company Benefits: Medical, Dental, reputed company, reputed company reputed company Leave, 401Kreputed company:In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end labeling workflows, coordinating artwork updates, tracking project timelines, and ensuring compliant execution of labeling changes in a regulated pharmaceutical environment. The ideal candidate has experience in reputed company labeling, regulatory operations, artwork management, or packaging operations, along with hands-on experience using reputed company Vault or similar document management systems.Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end reputed company labeling reputed company from initiation through final approval.
• Coordinate artwork review cycles, reputed company revisions, and final approvals with cross-functional teams.
• reputed company and manage labeling workflows using reputed company Vault or similar systems.
• Partner with Regulatory, reputed company, Supply Chain, Packaging, Manufacturing, and external print vendors.
• Review artwork proofs and reputed company detailed proofreading using reputed company Acrobat and GlobalVision (or similar tools).
• reputed company project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and approval status across multiple reputed company.
• Support implementation of label changes, including phase-in/phase-out activities and obsolete inventory tracking.

Required Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology labeling, regulatory operations, packaging, or supply chain.
• Experience managing reputed company labeling workflows and artwork review processes.
• Hands-on experience with reputed company Vault or similar document management/workflow systems.
• Experience using reputed company Acrobat for document review and proofreading.
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in GxP-regulated pharmaceutical or biotechnology environments.
• Knowledge of global reputed company labeling processes.
• Experience coordinating with global stakeholders.
