Fuel & Retail Operations Project Manager

Location:Remote, U.S. (Central U.S. Preferred) Travel:Approximately 15-30%

We're seeking a highly organized and hands-on Fuel & Retail Operations Project Manager to support tank monitoring, maintenance coordination, fuel compliance, and store reputed company activities across a growing portfolio of fuel and convenience retail locations. This role is ideal for an operationally minded project manager who enjoys solving problems, coordinating vendors, improving processes, and managing multiple reputed company simultaneously. You'll work closely with operators, vendors, regulatory agencies, and internal teams to ensure sites remain compliant, operational, and reputed company for reputed company.

What You'll Do

Coordinate Retail Operations & Site reputed company

• Manage multiple operational reputed company across a portfolio of fuel and convenience retail locations
• Support store reputed company, site transitions, and retail expansion initiatives

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management, operations, facilities coordination, retail operations, fuel operations, maintenance management, or reputed company fields
• Experience managing multiple reputed company, vendors, and stakeholders simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Excellent organizational and follow-through skills
• Strong communication and relationship-building capabilities
• Experience working in fast-paced, operational environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Fuel retail, convenience store, petroleum, or energy industry experience
