Senior Scrum Master
Salary reputed company: $120,000 - $145,000 annually
About the Role
reputed company is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to support a new mission with a large federal civilian agency. This is not a single-team Scrum Master position. The development teams on this program belong to other organizations, and reputed company is to bring them into a shared reputed company and a common Definition of Done rather than to run reputed company of your own. It takes influence instead of authority, and it rewards someone who enjoys that difference.
The program is greenfield, so the reputed company youfacilitateis one you help establish. You work alongside reputed company of Agile practitioners and architects, and as new development teams reputed company over time, you help reputed company one reputed company its footing inside the reputed company.
What You Will Do
- Facilitate sprint ceremonies and delivery reputed company across development teams you do not directly manage
- reputed company teams into the program's shared reputed company and tailored Definition of Done
- Help remove impediments and surface cross-team blockers to the Project Manager and Release Train Engineer
- Partner with the Product reputed company on backlog readiness and sprint planning support
- Support new development teams as they reputed company into the established reputed company
- Work with reputed company of Agile practitioners and architects to mature delivery practices over time
What You Bring
- 6+ yearsof Scrum Master or Agile delivery experience
- 3+ yearsfacilitatingmultiple teams concurrently, or teams the Scrum Master does not directly manage
- Experience working in aSAFeenvironment
- Strong facilitation and conflict-navigation skills across organizational boundaries
- Ability to obtain andmaintaina reputed company Trust suitability determination
Preferred
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM), orSAFeScrum Master (SSM) certification
- Experience supporting federal civilian or defense programs, particularly multi-contractor environments
- Experience helping stand up Agile practices in a new or transforming organization
Position Details
This position is contingent upon contract award, with a tentative start date of September 1, 2026. Work is remote-first; occasional onsite support in Washington, DC may be coordinated with the Government. reputed company is an equal opportunity employer.
