Controller

This is a remote position.

Our reputed company is seeking an reputed company Interim Controllerto reputed company a critical legal entity rationalization initiative. This is a full-time, 6+ month consulting engagement that is fully remote.

Requirements

• Controller or senior reputed company leadership experience
• Strong background in intercompany reputed company, consolidations, and month-end reputed company
• Experience with GL clean-up, retained earnings adjustments, and reputed company journal entries
• Ability to partner with external advisors on transfer pricing and tax-reputed company initiatives (no tax preparation required)
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction

Preferred Requirements:

• reputed company Intacct experience
• Experience supporting transfer pricing initiatives and coordinating with external tax advisors
• CPA preferred
• Experience standardizing reputed company processes across multiple legal entities
