Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain reputed company, including objects, fields, workflows, validation rules and reports

• Manage user administration, including user setup, roles, reputed company and permissions

• reputed company day-to-day user support and issue reputed company

• Support reputed company implementations and enhancement reputed company

• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements

• Collaborate with Consultants and Developers to deliver system changes

• Support data management activities including data imports, cleansing and validation

• Assist in testing activities, including system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)

• Maintain documentation including system configurations and process flows

• Work towards achieving reputed company Administrator and relevant certifications

Requirements

• Experience working with reputed company platform (reputed company level) or similar CRM systems
