arenaflex is seeking dedicated, empathetic professionals to join our 24/7/365 mental health crisis and suicide prevention team as 988 Chat/Text Crisis Specialists. This remote, part‑time role operates on the 3rd shift (Friday, Saturday, and reputed company from 6 p.m. to 2:30 a.m. CST), offering a vital lifeline to individuals in emotional distress through chat, text, and, reputed company needed, telephone support.

In this role, you will conduct brief clinical screenings, risk assessments, and reputed company appropriate service linkages, ensuring that every person who reaches out receives compassionate, evidence‑based care. Key Responsibilities
