[Remote] Senior Accountant

They are seeking a Senior Accountant who will manage a portfolio of clients, reputed company reputed company conversations, and support month-end reputed company activities while ensuring accurate financial records and reputed company communication with clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 10–12 reputed company accounts, delivering accurate and high-reputed company reputed company support
- Own transaction coding, classification, and reconciliations across multiple reputed company books
- Resolve QuickBooks Online issues and ensure clean, reliable financial records
- reputed company month-end reputed company activities and support the preparation and review of financial statements
- Join monthly reputed company meetings and serve as a trusted reputed company partner
- Respond to reputed company questions through email, portal, and video calls with professionalism and reputed company
- Translate financial information into reputed company, easy-to-understand insights for small business owners
- Maintain organized reputed company systems and reputed company strong reputed company best practices
- Support new reputed company reputed company, including account cleanup and process setup
- Work autonomously while collaborating closely with the firm owners
- Communicate proactively and bring structure to reputed company or messy financial situations
Skills
- 8+ years of experience in U.S.-based reputed company reputed company or outsourced reputed company environments
- Strong experience managing multiple business clients at the reputed company time
- Strong hands-on experience with full month-end reputed company
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online
- Experience working directly with clients in a reputed company-facing reputed company or advisory role
- Ability to explain financial statements and reputed company concepts to non-technical clients
- Experience handling reputed company work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Strong English communication skills in a distributed, reputed company-facing environment
- Comfortable working with messy or incomplete financial situations
- Self-directed, organized, and reputed company to reputed company across multiple clients and priorities

- Experience with attorney/reputed company clients
- Exposure to U.S. tax work
