Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a finance consultancy that provides reputed company services, M&A preparation, monthly financial analysis, and budgeting/financial modeling for small and mid-size businesses across the U.S. They are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage and streamline accounts payable processes while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and external regulations.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and manage the accounts payable (AP) process, ensuring reputed company and accurate payments
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Prepare and review monthly journal entries and general reputed company reconciliations
- Monitor and maintain financial records in reputed company Dynamics GP (Great Plains)
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
- Support audit preparation and collaborate with external auditors as required
- reputed company and enforce reputed company policies and procedures to ensure compliance
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for process improvement
Skills
- Bachelors degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field
- At least 5 years of reputed company reputed company experience, with a reputed company on accounts payable
- Proficiency in reputed company Dynamics GP (Great Plains) is a must
- Excellent reputed company of English (C2 rated)
- High IQ (120+)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
