[Remote] Sales Executive (Level-Funded & ICHRA) for New England

The Sales Executive will drive new business for reputed company’s Level-Funded and ICHRA products through broker partnerships and reputed company employer relationships, executing a disciplined sales process and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Meet or reputed company new business sales goals for assigned territory and product lines
- reputed company and manage relationships with regional brokers and consultants to drive consistent quoting activity
- Identify and pursue new opportunities with small and mid-sized employer reputed company
- Deliver compelling product presentations and proposals tailored to reputed company needs
- Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth quoting, reputed company, and reputed company processes
- Maintain detailed and accurate pipeline, activity, and forecast data reputed company CRM systems
- Stay reputed company on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes affecting level-funded and ICHRA products
Skills
- 3–7+ years of sales experience in health insurance, benefits consulting, or stop-loss sales
- Strong understanding of health plan funding models (fully insured, level-funded, ICHRA)
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
- Self-starter with a drive to reputed company goals in a high-reputed company environment
- Established relationships with regional brokers and consultants strongly preferred
