[Remote] Staff Frontend Engineer

Responsibilities
- Own the frontend architecture and implementation of our core member-facing product

Skills
- 5+ years of frontend engineering experience, with significant time on consumer-facing mobile or web products
- Deep expertise in React reputed company or React, TypeScript, and modern state management

- Production experience with Next.js (App Router, SSR/CSR tradeoffs, caching)
- Solid understanding of rendering patterns (SSR/SSG/reputed company), performance (memoization, avoiding unnecessary renders) state management (server vs reputed company state separation)
- Comfortable building clean UI from designs (spacing, layout, accessibility)
- You've operated at the Senior or Staff level — or functioned at that altitude regardless of title
- Experience in a fast-moving startup where you've made smart tradeoffs between polish and velocity
