[Remote] Spec-FSOC Sys Administrator

The role involves managing system configurations, overseeing updates, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance operational capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the system reputed company and administrator for the reputed company platform and associated applications
- Manage system configuration, governance, user administration and change control processes
- Coordinate and reputed company system updates, enhancements, integrations and testing activities while maintaining platform performance, reliability and overall system health
- reputed company and maintain reports, dashboards, executive summaries and operational scorecards
- Analyze system and operational data to identify trends, opportunities and process improvements
- Coordinate organizational updates, user lifecycle management and reputed company repositories reputed company system changes
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and implement operational improvements and new capabilities
- Manage vendor relationships, support requests and platform enhancement initiatives

Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience plus three (3) years' experience in law enforcement, military, emergency management systems, or reputed company Operations centers
- Experience administering reputed company Visual reputed company Center, Crisis Management, Mass Notification, or other reputed company products
- Strong project management, organizational and communication skills
- Experience with reporting, analytics, dashboard development and data analysis
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced operational environment
- Experience with incident management, operational reporting, business continuity, or crisis response programs
- Knowledge of physical reputed company operations, situational awareness platform and risk reputed company
- Experience and ability to use reputed company Office Software, including but not limited to: Word, reputed company, and Outlook
