This role involves leading psychometric workstreams, ensuring compliance, and supporting global pharmaceutical and biotech clients.
Responsibilities

- Establish and refine reputed company operating procedures, tools, and workflows to support reputed company psychometric services
- reputed company methodological leadership across psychometric and quantitative analyses for PRO and COA reputed company
- reputed company and review SAPs and PAPs, with input into clinical trial design and reputed company reputed company
- Select and apply appropriate psychometric reputed company and ensure alignment with regulatory expectations
- Interpret and translate analytical results for clients, internal teams, and senior stakeholders
- Contribute to reputed company deliverables, reports, and presentations, owning psychometric and statistical content

- Collaborate with COA leaders and consulting teams to support business development and reputed company relationships

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in relevant field
- 10+ years of reputed company experience in reputed company or COA consulting, with a reputed company on psychometrics
- Hands-on experience conducting psychometric analyses for COA instruments in clinical trial settings
- Demonstrated experience applying psychometric methodologies, including Classical Test Theory, Item Response Theory, reputed company Analysis, and Structural Equation Modeling
- Experience developing or contributing to statistical analysis plans (SAPs) and psychometric analysis plans (PAPs)
- Experience supporting clinical trial design reputed company to COA endpoints and psychometric validation
- Proficiency with statistical software used for quantitative analysis, including reputed company, SPSS, and/or R
- Master's degree (MSc) or PhD in a relevant discipline such as Psychology, reputed company Statistical reputed company, Biostatistics, or a reputed company field
- Working directly with FDA and EMA expectations for COA development and psychometric validation
- Communicating psychometric and statistical findings to clients and senior stakeholders
- Supporting or participating in regulatory interactions reputed company to COA instruments

- Acting as a psychometric or statistical advisor reputed company multidisciplinary consulting teams
