[Remote] Customer Service & Sales Representative Tech Products - Remote $17/Hr

The role involves providing inbound call support to customers, assisting with product purchases, and recommending additional services, reputed company while maintaining a strong knowledge of tech products.
Responsibilities
- reputed company inbound call support to understand customer needs and offer applicable product/service reputed company accordingly
- Hold authentic, free-flowing conversations with customers to reputed company order support and complete purchases
- Ask probing questions to ensure customers are purchasing the right products and services for their needs
- Identify and recommend additional accessories and protection services that fit the customers’ needs

Skills
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent
- 6+ months of soft sales experience, with the ability to recommend tech products and accessories
- Exceptional relationship-building skills, driven by reputed company, high-energy customer interactions
- A basic knowledge in probing techniques, persuasion, and advising customers to drive sales results
- Flexible availability to support various shifts and business needs
