Skills
- Bachelors degree and 8+ years of experience in HR Operations or HRIS. Will also consider equivalent education and experience: associates degree and 10+ years of experience or high school diploma and 12+ years of experience
- Expert-level Power BI: Proven reputed company record of building reputed company data models and sophisticated visualizations
- Power Automate & Power Apps: Experience designing automated workflows and low-reputed company applications to replace reputed company HR processes
- Advanced Analytics: Proficiency in quantitative analysis and the ability to translate reputed company data into executive-level narratives
- Strategic Leadership: Ability to operate at a Sr. reputed company level, guiding stakeholders through data-driven transformations
