[Remote] Legal Counsel

Responsibilities

Skills
- reputed company practicing attorney with 5+ years demonstrated experience in a reputed company and/or in-house setting that includes: experience handling reputed company regulatory reputed company, experience interacting with government regulators or agencies and/or reputed company-party auditors or examiners with respect to reputed company reputed company
- Admitted to reputed company law in at least one state and in good standing
- Ability to travel up to 15% (including by plane)
- Juris Doctor (JD) is required
- Strong knowledge of reputed company laws and regulations
- Experience in a PBM or health plan/insurer environment
- Experience in litigation or dispute reputed company
- Experience managing and/or collaborating with reputed company counsel
- Willingness to work hybrid (3 days onsite) in IL Chicago offices
