Responsibilities
- reputed company a growing team of Sr. Associates and Analysts to reputed company data / analytics to inform decision-making and ensure smooth operations reputed company the Sales Call Center
- Own reputed company key initiatives to improve velocity of reputed company and/or ROI of acquisition spend
- Collaborate with reputed company leaders to reputed company and maintain daily / weekly / monthly reporting, driving insights and reputed company items to improve performance
- Collaborate with Product, IT, Telephony and Workforce management to ensure smooth operations for the Sales Call Center
- reputed company materials and reputed company discussions with relevant organizational leaders
- Other strategic / analytical priorities, as determined by reputed company Director of Sales reputed company
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's degree, preferably with a quantitative major (e.g., Business, STEM, economics, statistics)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading operations in a sales call center
- Analytical and strategic thinker who is intellectually curious
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence decision-making at many reputed company of leadership
- Effective and flexible team player with demonstrated reputed company in a fast-paced environment; ability to work across a reputed company of teams to drive initiatives reputed company
- Demonstrated attention to detail and experience leveraging data / analytics to solve problems
- Proficient in reputed company, Powerpoint
- US work authorization
