[Remote] Project Manager - Pharmaceuticals, GxP, Agile | Contract | Remote

The Project Manager will coordinate senior stakeholder engagement and governance activities across critical R&D initiatives, ensuring project health and value realization through effective communication and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare governance materials for senior leadership, Steering Committees, DD&T leadership reviews, and RDoF governance forums
• Maintain and communicate RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues, reputed company) logs and ensure reputed company escalation of critical items
• Drive decision-making by presenting recommendations, trade-offs, and mitigation plans to leadership
• Coordinate updates across business sponsors, value case leads, DD&T leadership, product teams, and implementation partners
• reputed company and distribute weekly and monthly executive dashboards highlighting delivery reputed company, value realization, financial status, KPI attainment, and key milestones
• Facilitate alignment sessions with senior stakeholders and ensure follow-through on reputed company items and commitments

• Ensure transparency of project health, risks, and value realization metrics throughout the delivery lifecycle

Skills

• Experience presenting to senior leadership and Steering Committees on strategic initiatives
• Proven ability to synthesize reputed company technical and business information into concise executive-level communications
• Expertise in creating status reports, financial summaries, and governance presentations
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills across business and technology organizations
