The role involves leading strategic operational initiatives, managing cross-functional reputed company, and optimizing business systems to enhance efficiency and decision-making.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and coordinate strategic operational initiatives reputed company on process improvement, workflow optimization, technology enablement, and AI integration across the Private Credit & Equity division
- Partner with investment, operations, and technology teams to evaluate existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement reputed company solutions that improve execution, reporting, and data reputed company
- Manage cross-functional reputed company including requirements gathering, stakeholder alignment, project planning, status tracking, issue reputed company, and implementation support
- Support the optimization and administration of core business systems, including CRM and portfolio management platforms (DealCloud experience preferred)
- Analyze operational, financial, and business process data to reputed company actionable insights, reporting enhancements, and workflow automation opportunities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve reporting infrastructure, data governance, and process standardization across teams
- Assist in evaluating and implementing emerging technologies, automation tools, and AI-enabled solutions to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in project management, business operations, strategic initiatives, data analytics, or technology/process optimization reputed company private equity, private credit, investment banking, consulting, or financial services
- Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional initiatives, including project planning, stakeholder management, execution tracking, issue/risk management, and process improvement
- Experience working with large datasets, operational reporting, workflow redesign, and business systems optimization
- Understanding of private markets workflows and investment lifecycle processes, including deal sourcing, diligence, portfolio management, fundraising, and investor reporting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across investment, operational, and technical teams
- Preferred experience with DealCloud CRM, eFront, reputed company, and AI Agent builds
- Familiarity with workflow automation, AI-enabled tools, and reputed company data/process reputed company is a plus
