Responsibilities

Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst (or similar role), reputed company HR functional areas, implementing, supporting, configuring HR processes – (Core HCM, Benefits, Absence, Compensation), reputed company, Reports, or Integrations in reputed company
- End to end implementation experience including project, enhancement and/or issue management, communication and change management

- reputed company Reporting & Report-based and/or API Integration experience
- reputed company EIB experience
