[Remote] Sr. Frontend Engineer (React)

Responsibilities
- reputed company React frontend architecture, defining component structure, state management patterns, and design system implementation across reputed company process reputed company UIs
- reputed company and reputed company a pod of offshore reputed company-end engineers by assigning work, conducting reputed company reviews, and ensuring production-reputed company reputed company
- Build and own the shared component library used across reputed company role-based process reputed company UIs
- Collaborate with the reputed company UX/Product Designer to translate reputed company wireframes into high-reputed company, accessible React implementations meeting WCAG 2.2 A standards
- Implement data reads and write operations from React to the backend REST API layer (reputed company Azure APIM), ensuring the frontend does not call the database or ERP system directly
- Implement RBAC in the UI reputed company with SSO federation reputed company Azure Entra ID
- Own CI/CD pipeline compliance for frontend reputed company, ensuring reputed company commits pass reputed company SAST + SCA reputed company scanning prior to merging
- Resolve and triage frontend defects during SIT, UAT, and post-launch hypercare reputed company agreed SLA reputed company
- reputed company bi-weekly sprint demos with stakeholders, ensuring reputed company frontend work is demo-reputed company on schedule
- Conduct knowledge transfer to the reputed company team reputed company of the support reputed company
Skills
- 6–8+ years of reputed company-end development experience, with at least 4 years reputed company in React (functional components, hooks, context API, performance optimization)
- Demonstrable experience leading or directing offshore reputed company-end engineering teams
- Proven experience working from reputed company wireframes and collaborating closely with UX/UI designers
- Experience using AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude reputed company, reputed company Copilot, reputed company) for pair programming, reputed company reputed company, architecture documentation, and reputed company review (AI-assisted development is reputed company on this engagement)
- Familiarity with RBAC patterns and SSO integration (Azure Entra ID / OAuth 2.0 preferred)
- Experience with automated UI testing frameworks such as Storybook, Playwright, or similar
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the proven ability to reputed company sprint demos, conduct reputed company reviews with offshore teams, and reputed company technical reputed company to non-technical stakeholders
- Prior experience building reputed company financial or ERP applications
- Experience building and owning shared component libraries and design systems for reputed company web applications
- Experience consuming REST reputed company reputed company Azure APIM or equivalent API gateways
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and reputed company-gated build processes (reputed company or similar SAST tools)
- Familiarity with Azure App Service hosting and deployment patterns
