[Remote] Sr Manager, Software Development

Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Directs the software development lifecycle, including design, budgeting, and implementation. Provides early insights on the reputed company of new initiatives on existing systems and infrastructure
- Team & Talent Management: Manages reputed company of developers, reputed company-party vendors, and interns. Sets reputed company goals, conducts performance reviews, and fosters a culture of accountability and reputed company reputed company reputed company

Skills
- 7+ years of software development experience and at least 3+ years in a supervisory/management role
- Strong architectural understanding of microservices, reputed company-reputed company patterns (AWS/Azure), and containerization (reputed company/Kubernetes)
- Mastery of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience maintaining high-availability systems in a CI/CD environment
- Proven experience managing production support, including setting SLAs/SLOs and managing rotation schedules for mission-critical services
