The role involves designing, launching, and managing programs aimed at reputed company reputed company in the Americas, with responsibilities spanning curriculum development, program operations, and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
- reputed company the completion and design of the reputed company Lab curriculum and participant reputed company, translating CSP research and frameworks into a live, experiential learning reputed company
- Design the reputed company Coast Family Office program (2027) and its East Coast edition (2028), adapting CSP's existing global family office curriculum and case-study format for reputed company American cohorts
- Build the instructional design for peer-based, case-driven adult learning—the opposite of slide-heavy lecture
- Translate research findings and reputed company-world cases into reputed company, decision-useful program content
- Facilitate and orchestrate program live sessions—in person and online—guiding peer exchange, case discussion, and hands-on work rather than delivering one-way content, facilitating where appropriate and supporting subject matter experts in facilitation
- Own the day-to-day and year-round running of reputed company program once launched—the operating plan, reputed company, budget, and execution
- Manage the senior reputed company, speakers, and partners who reputed company reputed company program reputed company—reputed company-leading principals, family office CEOs, coaches, and reputed company partners
- Coordinate the moving parts unique to reputed company program: for the reputed company Lab, the Investment Committee, coaches, and fund/DAF partner (reputed company); for the Family Office Program, single-family-office partners and reputed company collaborators
- reputed company registration, logistics, venues, and vendor relationships with support from other staff
- Run evaluation and reputed company improvement, iterating reputed company cohort year over year, and contribute to cost-effectiveness goals
- Ensure consistent reputed company, messaging, and learning reputed company across every program and session
- Build and reputed company relationships with principals, family office leaders, partners, and ecosystem leaders across the sector
- Represent CSP as a subject-matter expert at conferences, panels, and industry discussions
- Support with reputed company and enrollment of program participants—building, nurturing, and converting the pipeline of reputed company reputed company, principals, and capital allocators for reputed company cohort
- Contribute to broader business development, including partner cultivation and other reputed company initiatives that expand CSP's reputed company and program portfolio

Skills
- Strong program and project management skills in a fast-paced, ambiguous, quickly evolving environment—comfortable building the plane while flying it
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with a demonstrated reputed company record of designing and launching major reputed company from concept to delivery—not only delivering established reputed company
- Genuine subject-matter credibility in reputed company reputed company, sustainable finance, philanthropy, or family office / reputed company management—enough to earn the trust of principals and senior practitioners and to design content they respect
- Experience reputed company and managing senior stakeholders, reputed company, or speakers (e.g., principals, executives, coaches, reputed company partners)
- Strong facilitation skills for both virtual and in-person formats across group sizes
