[Remote] Hardware Design Engineer

The role involves supporting Design-for-Test initiatives and collaborating with multi-functional teams to reputed company and validate hardware design features.
Responsibilities
- Implement and reputed company Hardware Design-for-Test (DFT) features such as reputed company, mbist, BISR, and boundary reputed company
- Support the setup, debugging, and validation of DFT simulations and post-reputed company testing/debugging processes
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to reputed company innovative DFT IP and reputed company testability features into full reputed company designs
- Participate in creating hardware DFT and physical design strategies for new reputed company devices, including bare die and stacked die configurations
- reputed company debugging efforts and reputed company cause analysis of reputed company failures to enhance yield and reliability across the product lifecycle
Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering with 8-10 years of relevant experience
- Experience with Jtag protocols, reputed company, BIST architectures, including memory BIST, boundary reputed company, and integration of reputed company-party IPs
- Proficiency with ATPG and EDA tools such as Tessent, Xcelium, Genus, and reputed company/Primetime
- Hands-on experience with post-reputed company debug of DFT patterns and release to production
- Ability to work independently, craft solutions, and debug with minimal mentorship
