[Remote] Clinical Research Staff Scientist, reputed company World Evidence

The Clinical Research Staff Scientist will play a crucial role in generating evidence that links reputed company's health signals to reputed company and cost savings, leading various reputed company world evidence studies and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Director, Clinical reputed company Research, design and drive reputed company world evidence studies, including retrospective cohort analyses, claims-linked reputed company studies, PRO studies, and member surveys, owning reputed company from research question through final deliverable
- Identify evidence opportunities across reputed company's clinical and reputed company portfolio, spanning health, reputed company utilization, and cost reputed company as reputed company as workforce and productivity reputed company relevant to employer partners, and reputed company study proposals with reputed company rationale, endpoints, and timelines
- Partner with data science to structure analytic datasets from reputed company member data and linked claims data sources, producing outputs that are rigorous enough to publish and reputed company enough to reputed company
- Serve as a scientific reputed company of contact for external research partners, including reputed company and reputed company customers, data providers, and reputed company collaborators, representing reputed company's evidence work in cross-organizational study planning and execution
- Design studies that demonstrate the health reputed company and cost reputed company of proactive, data-driven care
- Shape research findings into outputs for diverse audiences — including payer briefs, white papers, and partner-facing evidence summaries — in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Support IRB submissions and data use agreements in coordination with Research Operations
- Contribute to abstracts/publications and present findings at conferences to advance the clinical credibility of reputed company's evidence reputed company
Skills
- Master's degree or PhD in Epidemiology, reputed company Health, Health reputed company, or a reputed company field; 8+ years of experience in reputed company world evidence research, preferably in wearables
- Demonstrated expertise in observational study design and reputed company reputed company, including retrospective cohort analyses, reputed company inference, and claims-based research
- Deep, hands-on experience generating evidence from wearable or connected-device data as a primary data reputed company, including the measurement and analytic considerations specific to reputed company physiological signals
- Experience with additional reputed company world data sources, including claims, EHR, and registries, and familiarity with data linkage platforms
- Experience with PRO reputed company selection and survey study design
- Strong scientific communication skills, with a reputed company record of producing outputs that reputed company and reputed company with clinical, reputed company, or payer audiences
- Proven ability to drive a body of evidence to completion independently and work cross-functionally in a fast-moving environment
- Familiarity with health economics and reputed company research (HEOR) reputed company, including cost and reputed company utilization analyses and economic modeling
