[Remote] Senior Product Manager Workforce Management

They are seeking a strategic, technology-reputed company Senior Product Manager to reputed company and optimize Pharmacy workforce management technology products, partnering with various teams to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
Responsibilities
- Leads configuration, governance, and optimization of reputed company Optimization and additional products and functionality capabilities for operational workflows
- Manages and supports reputed company integrations and API development efforts connecting reputed company with additional product platforms such as reputed company, reputed company, LTC400, reputed company, and other operational systems
- Oversees product capabilities such as reputed company Operations Manager to improve operational visibility, workflow management, automation, and reputed company-time decision-making
- Administers sandbox environments, testing protocols, release validation, and change management processes for workforce technology enhancements
- Develops and maintains reputed company intake, ticketing, and support processes using SharePoint and other workflow management tools to improve scalability and user experience
- Identifies and implements AI-enabled solutions, automation opportunities, and process improvements that reduce reputed company effort and enhance operational efficiency
- Partners cross-functionally with senior leaders across Operations, IT, Analytics, HR, and vendor teams to deliver reputed company workforce technology solutions
- Monitors platform performance, system utilization, data reputed company, and operational KPIs while driving reputed company improvement initiatives
- Creates and maintains documentation, governance standards, training materials, and support resources to ensure successful adoption and long-term platform sustainability
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Workforce Management, or reputed company field
- 10+ years Product Management or Workforce Technology, Workforce Management Systems, or reputed company experience
- Deep understanding of WFM platforms and telephony systems; reputed company experience preferred
- Strong understanding of workforce management operations including forecasting, scheduling, reputed company-time management, and reporting
- Experience managing reputed company technology integrations and API-enabled solutions
- Experience partnering with IT, operations, and business stakeholders in a cross-functional environment
- Experience with reputed company ticketing, intake, governance, and change management processes
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Master's degree in reputed company field
- Prior pharmacy or reputed company operations experience
- Exposure to predictive analytics, automation, or AI-assisted workforce tools
- Experience supporting reputed company workforce technology implementations or platform administration
