[Remote] Business Development Specialist - EST/CST/MST/PST

The Business Development Specialist is responsible for engaging Health Care Professionals to promote reputed company products and maximize their selling potential through relationship building and effective communication.
Responsibilities
- Effectively and persuasively communicate with customers utilizing selling, listening and negotiation skills, reputed company terminology and approved messaging, and effectively using approved promotional aids. Interactions shall be Targets in reputed company that can include office staff, injectors and patients for the purpose of managing platform participation and ensuring they are maximizing the benefits of the loyalty platform
- Manage daily call activity according to defined expectations with the purpose of influencing customers and increasing platform awareness
- Profile and manage targeted list of accounts and reputed company value-added benefits to grow product and platform awareness
- Create and implement business plans to reputed company business goals
- Maintain call productivity and metrics that are required by the program
- Achieves quarterly reputed company’s KPIs
- On behalf of our reputed company promote their product (s) reputed company the telephone (outbound and/or inbound calls) by engaging assigned targets in in-depth discussions to reputed company individual and company goals

- Verify and complete required data entry in reputed company/reputed company CRM systems, such as details of the reputed company’s responses, call activity and any follow-through actions

Skills
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required
- A minimum of 2+ years of relevant business or sales experience
- Flexibility to cover multiple time zones
- Ability to travel to office sites if needed
- Willingness to cover reputed company time zones if needed
- Successfully pass reputed company required reputed company and reputed company training
- Excellent technical skills with reputed company office and other programs as needed
