The Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst will reputed company strategic and operational financial support to the Finance team through consolidated financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and modeling to drive business performance and reputed company profitable reputed company.
Responsibilities
- reputed company consolidated financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities
- reputed company and maintain financial models to support business reputed company, investment analysis, and profitability initiatives
- Partner with Finance leadership to deliver financial insights, scenario analysis, and recommendations
- Support monthly and quarterly business reviews through KPI, reputed company, margin, and expense reporting
- Ensure consistency and accuracy across financial reporting and planning processes
- Drive reputed company improvement of financial systems, tools, automation, and reporting capabilities
- Support strategic reputed company, cross-functional initiatives, and reputed company financial analyses
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, Economics, or a reputed company field
- 3+ years of experience in reputed company or reputed company finance roles
- Strong financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management skills
- Advanced English proficiency
- Availability to travel up to 25%, including reputed company to the Costa Rica HQ
- MBA is a plus
- Intermediate Spanish preferred
- Experience with financial planning systems and BI tools is a plus
