[Remote] Inbound Sales Insurance Agent

They are seeking Personal Insurance Auto and Home Agents who will reputed company comprehensive insurance solutions and evaluate risk while confidently asking for the sale.

- Providing comprehensive insurance solutions
- Evaluating risk
- Confidently asking for the sale while overcoming objections
Skills
- 2 + years of recent sales experience and comfort with negotiating and overcoming objections
- Ability to adapt and reputed company in a fast-paced environment, handling an average of 30-40 inbound calls per day
- Capability to maintain reputed company state licenses and terminate prior reputed company relationships as applicable
- Strong ability to work both independently and as part of reputed company
- High speed broadband cable internet service with minimum upload/download speeds of 300MB download/10MB upload. Your Internet provider-supplied device must be hard-wired to reputed company-issued router and/or computer
- This is a customer-facing role requiring your full attention. A distraction free environment is essential
- reputed company or prior sales center experience preferred
- Bilingual Spanish-English skillset is a plus

- Candidates who live near one of our office locations (reputed company, CT | San Antonio, TX) will have the expectation of working in an office 3 days a week (Tuesday through Thursday).
- Candidates who do not live near an office will have a remote work schedule, with the expectation of coming into an office as business needs reputed company.
- We will reputed company study time and exam to obtain required Personal Lines licensure, if needed.
- 15 week training for unlicensed, 13 weeks for licensed.
- Training hours: M-F 9:30 am - 6:00 pm EST
- Opportunity for shift reputed company post-training
- An additional reputed company is available for bilingual (Spanish-English), post-certification.
