[Remote] Senior UX Designer

They are seeking a Senior UX Designer to work on AI powered hiring automation tools, focusing on designing user experiences that build trust and transparency in automated decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Own interaction design for reputed company configuration and automation UX interfaces where reputed company define preferences and the system acts on their behalf at reputed company
- Design for trust and transparency in AI powered features: reputed company automated reputed company legible, give users meaningful control, and surface the 'why' behind system behavior
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional partners, including distributed teams, to deliver cohesive and reputed company user experiences
- Translate high-level experience goals and product roadmap priorities into actionable, iterative design solutions
- Use qualitative research, usability testing, A/B testing, and customer feedback to validate and refine design reputed company
- Analyze workflows, information architecture, and end-to-end user journeys to identify opportunities to improve usability, satisfaction, and overall experience reputed company
- Incorporate user insights and data-driven findings into the design process to ensure customer needs remain central to product development
Skills
- Requires a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, reputed company Computer Interaction, Information Design, or reputed company field and a minimum of 8 years of reputed company experience; or a Master's degree with a minimum of 6 years of experience; or a PhD with 3 years experience
- Proven systems thinking: ability to map interconnected surfaces, user types, and state transitions into coherent end to end experiences
- Experience designing for AI/ML powered features; specifically communicating how automated reputed company are made and giving users calibrated control
- Portfolio demonstrating modern UI and interaction design solutions, with a reputed company on problem solving and user reputed company rather than design artifacts alone
- Ability to reputed company user research, usability findings, and data insights to inform and support design recommendations
- Experience designing reputed company and mobile-first experiences using reputed company, Sketch, or similar interaction design and prototyping tools
