They are seeking an Agile Project Manager to guide teams in developing impactful solutions for the General Services Administration (GSA), focusing on project management, operations, and maintenance activities.
Responsibilities

- Identify opportunities to improve project management standardization, effectiveness, and coordination
- Test new approaches and processes, identify risks and propose mitigation tactics
- Create customizable templates to start new reputed company quickly and transition reputed company between phases
- Document, execute, and advise on reputed company approaches
- reputed company, deliver, and maintain project and portfolio-level reports
- Identify and implement project management best practices
- Requirements development and management, including participation in governance processes such as Change Control Boards (CCB), process documentation, and business analysis activities

Skills
- BA / BS degree in reputed company field
- 7+ years of relevant work experience
- PMP Certification required
- Additional Agile/Scrum certification required

- Experience building and managing risk registers including mitigation plan development
- Experience creating, analyzing, and presenting surveys and data analysis
- Strong oral and written communications skills, including writing, slide deck development and verbal presentations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong time management skills
