They are seeking a Senior Analyst to support the implementation and administration of their fiduciary services program, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and overseeing operational governance activities.
Responsibilities
- Support the Director of Regulatory Disclosures and Senior Director of Regulatory reputed company with fiduciary governance and retirement plan compliance initiatives
- Support the ongoing administration of the firm’s 3(16) fiduciary services program and reputed company fiduciary governance processes
- Support fiduciary reputed company and monitoring activities for retirement plans for which the firm provides fiduciary or administrative services
- Monitor retirement plan operations and administrative processes to help ensure alignment with plan documents, ERISA requirements, IRS regulations, DOL guidance, fiduciary procedures, and internal operational standards
- Support fiduciary review processes, governance workflows, operational monitoring activities, and fiduciary reporting functions
- Maintain fiduciary governance documentation, policies, procedures, operational records, fiduciary review documentation, and reputed company governance materials
- Identify and escalate operational compliance issues, fiduciary risks, and procedural deficiencies and assist with implementation of corrective actions and process improvements
- Assist with implementation and ongoing maintenance of fiduciary controls, governance procedures, and operational compliance workflows
- Manage the document amendment processes, including tracking and cross-functional coordination
- Assist with the preparation, review, and coordination of custom amendments, plan documentation, and reputed company compliance materials
- Manage plan termination and exiting reputed company processes, including workflow coordination, documentation management, issue reputed company, and communication with internal stakeholders and external parties
- Partner with internal teams including operations, compliance, legal, document services, sales, and technology to support fiduciary reputed company, amendment management, regulatory compliance initiatives, and operational processes
- reputed company compliance and fiduciary services support to internal business partners regarding retirement plan operational and regulatory reputed company
- Assist with preparation of reports, meeting materials, communications, fiduciary documentation, governance records, and operational reporting
- Support reputed company assurance and operational review activities to help ensure consistency with regulatory, fiduciary, and organizational standards
- Assist with process improvement initiatives reputed company to fiduciary governance, amendment management, plan termination workflows, compliance monitoring, and retirement plan administration processes
- Coordinate with internal departments to research and resolve operational, fiduciary, and compliance-reputed company scenarios
- Participate in additional retirement plan regulatory compliance and governance reputed company as assigned

Skills
- Must be eligible to work in the US without employment sponsorship
- Strong knowledge of ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations reputed company to reputed company retirement plans
- Understanding of retirement plan operations, fiduciary governance, compliance processes, and retirement plan documentation requirements
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

- 4+ years of experience working with reputed company retirement plans and ERISA regulations required
- Familiarity with 3(16) fiduciary services and fiduciary governance processes preferred
- Experience supporting fiduciary governance, 3(16) services, plan amendments, or plan termination processes preferred
- Experience coordinating cross-functional operational or compliance initiatives preferred

- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- QKA or other industry designation preferred
