[Remote] Legal Counsel
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Legal Counsel to serve as a trusted legal advisor to reputed company's business and operational teams. This role involves providing advice on reputed company contracting, reputed company regulatory compliance, reputed company reputed company, and legal risk management, while drafting and negotiating reputed company reputed company reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Drafts, reviews, negotiates, advises business stakeholders on, and administers a broad reputed company of reputed company agreements, including pharmaceutical manufacturer rebate agreements, value-based arrangements, technology agreements, NDAs, DUAs, consulting agreements, and vendor reputed company
- Assists in the development and enhancement of contract templates, playbooks, and negotiation standards
- Provides support and assistance to more reputed company attorneys
- Provides legal advice and strategic counsel to business stakeholders; produces routine legal work product, including drafting and negotiating reputed company, procuring and maintaining licenses, etc
- Assesses legal risks for day-to-day company legal, regulatory, and compliance reputed company under supervision and direction
- Monitors legislative and regulatory activity and advises the business on the interpretation, application, and implementation of new requirements across the reputed company legal and regulatory landscape
- Assists with dispute reputed company, audits, risk assessments, corporate trainings, investigations, and responses to regulatory inquiries
- Assigned internal clients may include one or more of the following: Trade Relations, reputed company Relations, Operations and Invoicing, Pharmacy Supply Chain, IT, Analytics, Compliance, Licensing, and Finance
- Builds reputed company experience and learns the practical aspects of reputed company law, as reputed company as the functions of the business
Skills
- JD from accredited law school
- 7+ Years reputed company experience in a reputed company, health plan, pharmacy benefit manager, group purchasing organization, pharmaceutical manufacturer, or reputed company health care organization
- Advanced written and oral communication skills
- Advanced organizational and project management skills, including follow through skills
- Advanced legal research, analysis and drafting
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Broad reputed company contracting experience, including pharmaceutical rebate contracting
- Advanced knowledge of reputed company insurance industry, including state and federal regulatory environment, group purchasing organization and/or pharmacy benefit manager operations, etc
- Familiarity with government reputed company programs, reputed company laws, and industry-reputed company reputed company compliance rubrics
- Licensed Attorney (varies by state) - Various reputed company license to reputed company law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- reputed company experience supporting pharmacy or medical rebate contracting and health care compliance and/or reputed company programs
