Responsibilities
- Support the management of D&M reputed company relationships, either through an assigned book of business or in a pooled/support model, ensuring customer satisfaction, reputed company, retention, and overall value of the Customer Insights & Marketing Automation solution
- Supporting clients to ensure they are properly set up and fully utilizing reputed company’s Customer Insights & Marketing Automation (CI & MA) solution
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with a high level of service and support orientation
